About This Community
Founded in 2022 by Shraddha Kalani, this platform exists to help women pursue dream careers by tackling self-doubt, offering career planning with experts, end-to-end job search guidance (resume to negotiation), workplace skills training, a supportive network across professions, and personalized 1:1 coaching for growth.
