Improvisation Tools

Improvisation Tools is an improvisation-based dance class designed for individuals from any movement background and experience level. Participants will engage with prompts and games conceptualized over the past fifteen years using post-modern dance training. The class encourages active participation and exploration in a safe and confidential environment. It is held at the Shoonya Centre for Art & Somatic Practices.
