About This Event
Scoby Labs presents a kimchi-making and kombucha tasting workshop in collaboration with their space partner. Participants will engage in hands-on learning to create their own kimchi from scratch, explore the art of fermentation, and enjoy kombucha tasting. The event is designed for food enthusiasts interested in fermentation science. It will be held at Treehouse in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Attendees will have the opportunity to take home a jar of their homemade kimchi. Spots are limited, and registration is required.
