Join us for a cozy journaling circle where we slow down, reflect, and connect through writing.
Whether you're new to journaling or have been doing it for years, this is a space to explore your thoughts, express yourself, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

* Learn and practice different journaling techniques(CBT log, bullet journaling) guided by psychology volunteers
* Fun and imaginative prompts to spark creativity and reflection
* Guided journaling exercises to help you explore your thoughts and emotions
* A sharing circle based on your reflections (sharing is always optional)
* Connect with like-minded people in a warm and welcoming community
* Grounding exercises to help you leave feeling calmer and more centered
