Milk Matters: Dairy in the Anthropocene

Milk Matters: Dairy in the Anthropocene is a symposium hosted by Science Gallery Bengaluru from July 2-5, 2026. This event invites young adults to explore the role of dairy as a nutritional substance influenced by climate, ecology, science, and culture. Participants will engage with nutrition scientists, dairy and veterinary researchers, public health scholars, artists, and social scientists to discuss the cultural, socio-economic, and scientific dimensions of dairy in the Anthropocene. The symposium is part of the Anthropocene Campus, a public engagement programme supported by TTK Prestige.
