About This Event
Siddharth plays Sid-someone restless by instinct and organised only by necessity. He collects cities the way some people collect playlists, lives out of suitcases, and finds humour essential to survival. He moves often, adapts quickly, and uses motion as both freedom and avoidance. He is charming in new places and rarely stays long enough to be fully known. Shrirupa plays Shri-anchored but not immobile. She travels deliberately, researches before she arrives, and treats competence as a form of care. She values continuity, keeps friendships fiercely intact, and believes that staying still can be as intentional as leaving. She reads the fine print-of cities, systems, and people.
They are best friends.
Their lives unfold through letters and postcards exchanged across countries, continents, and eventually, a changing world. As postal systems shift and speed replaces patience, their friendship is tested not by distance, but by what it means to stay connected when everything else accelerates.
What emerges is a story about movement and grounding, about chosen family, and about the love and labour of friendships that last.
Come watch a friendship that feels deeply familiar to anyone who has ever lived out of a bag, stayed back to hold the fort, or learned that intimacy doesn’t always need proximity.
Guests may choose to attend just the show or opt for a show + food cover. Food and drinks can be ordered directly from the venue menu during the performance.
