This is a one on one session for anyone who needs to be heard- not advised, not fixed, not interrupted. Bring whatever is on your mind. A difficult week, a decision you are sitting with, or nothing in particular. The focus is on providing a calm, respectful, and confidential environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Whether you are going through something, feeling overwhelmed, or just need to share your thoughts, this space is here for you.

Bad day at office? Fall out with your boyfriend? Best friend Ghosting you ? In-laws visiting? Or simply want to Vent out . We all want that one person who can TALK TO without being judged.

Well. Listening lounge is your answer!!! We listen to you!!! No JUDGEMENT

The Listening Lounge is a group meet-up build around real connection - no small talk for sake of it, no pressure to perform. This is not a counselling or therapy session, but a genuine human interaction where you are heard with Empathy and Understanding. You can speak openly, at your own pace, and take this time just for yourself.

Sometimes, all we need is someone who truly listens and this space is created for exactly that.

Every session is one on one or mix casual catch ups, open sharing, and activities that bring people together naturally.
